One more day and we are off to the NARP to make sure everything is in order when YOU arrive...

Speaking of arriving: people that are coming by train should at least have a cellphone number from mistic. Since I'm not for violating privacy of other people, this number is ONLY available though either mistic, or maybe me on IRC. You can also contact mistic by mail: tehlair _at_ gmail.com

This is important if you arrive by train... unless you don't mind a 5 km walk or getting on a bus.

The possible train-stations you can use are 'Wildert' or 'Essen' (BELGIUM!!!). Check nmbs.be for all your train info. Let us know some time in advance before you arrive kthx ;)

Where the hell are you coming from?

For those who are looking for a ride or just want to know where everybody is coming from: go take a peek at the map page. You can find it in the upper menu next to users.

To add yourself to this fancy map, just adjust your profile. Fill in the latitude and longitude settings and poof, there you are! If you are having difficulties finding out what your lat/long coordinates are, the last clicked location on the map is shown on the right side below the map. Use these values and everything should work out just fine!

IRC? We have it!

In the top menu, you'll find a link with more information on our irc channel. It's the same server as the destructoid channel is using so it might be a good way to end up on both channels.

For those without an actual irc client, there is a java applet available, both popup-ish and link-ish.

How much EuroNARP 2 is going to cost us/you...

Last year, everything was GREAT except for mistic's wallet. We provided plenty of drinks and no doubt everybody had good intentions but at the end, we still ended up with some negative numbers on our side.

So for this year, we just want to make sure we end up with a ZERO balance or break-even. Whichever you prefer to call it. This just leaves us with the question: how much you are willing to pay for the narpness...

Some things to consider:
We can either rent a toilet or dig a hole in the ground...We can provide you with booze (if you pay us up front) or you bring your own.We can provide you with food (prepaid) or you bring your own.
Using a 'prepaid' system has some pros and cons:

PRO+ We don't have that money-gap.PRO+ You get what you order.
CON- You might have been optimistic about what you'll be drinking/eating (aka SHORTAGE)CON- You might have been pessimistic about what you'll be drinking/eating (aka LEFTOVERS)
This really requires some attention and discussion. I'll be setting up a couple of polls related to this post pretty soon, make sure you answer them correctly since we'll be using your voice as a guideline.

Basically, we can be good communists and share all costs with each other (everybody pays the same price) or brave capitalists and make everybody pay for their own shit. Let us know what YOU think.

EuroNARP 2

This is the intranet software we're going to be using to coordinate the flow of information. We have a variety of things going on here, but here are a few hints for the website:

1. You're free to participate in the other events we have available.

2. It may take some time until all data has been brought up-to-date by our bestest friend mistic.

3. If you run into any problems on this website (it has been known to happen), contact me through irc (#destructoid or #euronarp at irc.dynastynet.net) or any means possible (includes tech support) to let me know.
